By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book our services.

Haul Fellas Junk Removal provides junk removal and cleanout services in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas.
Services depend on availability, location, the items involved, and property access. We confirm the agreed work before beginning removal.
We may decline, stop, or reschedule work if conditions are unsafe, items are prohibited, or the job differs materially from the information provided.
3. Booking and Scheduling
When requesting an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about:
• The pickup address and your contact details.
• The items and amount of material to be removed.
• Stairs, elevators, parking, and loading access.
• Building requirements and access restrictions.
• Items requiring special handling.
Appointments are subject to availability. Same-day, evening, and weekend pickups must be confirmed with us.
Weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will communicate scheduling changes using the contact details you provide.
4. Estimates, Pricing, and Payments
Estimates are free. Pricing depends on the amount and type of material, the labor required, and access to the truck.
An initial estimate may change following an on-site assessment or changes to the requested work. You approve the price for the agreed service before loading begins.
Payment is due upon completion unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. We will explain applicable payment terms before work begins.
Changes to our general pricing do not alter a price already agreed for an unchanged scope of work.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the items.
• Identify what should be removed and what must stay.
• Confirm that you own the items or have authority to authorize their removal.
• Arrange any required property permissions, elevator reservations, or loading access.
• Disclose hazardous materials, contamination, or other unsafe conditions before the appointment.
• Empty and disconnect appliances from electricity, water, or gas before pickup.
We do not disconnect utility lines. Attached items or work requiring dismantling must be discussed and approved separately.
Restricted access, incomplete preparation, or unsafe conditions may delay or prevent service.
6. Prohibited and Special-Handling Items
We do not accept hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, explosives, or other dangerous substances. We do not accept items whose possession, transport, or disposal would be unlawful.
Acceptance of other items depends on their material, condition, size, weight, and access.
Contact us before booking if you are unsure about an item. Electronics and items requiring special handling must be identified separately so we can confirm acceptance.
7. Personal Belongings and Confidential Information
Check the items before authorizing removal. Remove money, documents, valuables, and belongings you want to keep.
For computers, storage devices, and other electronics, remove or secure confidential information before pickup. Our junk removal service does not include certified data destruction.
8. Service Care and Limitations
We take reasonable care when carrying and loading items. Tell us about existing damage, fragile surfaces, or property conditions that could affect the work.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Responsibility for any service-related damage will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits customer rights where doing so is prohibited by law.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Any applicable cancellation fee and notice requirement must be disclosed and agreed before booking. These terms do not establish an automatic cancellation fee.
