You Can Talk to Us About the Job Before You Book
You don’t need to know how much truck space your items will take up or have everything waiting outside. Start with what you know: what needs to leave, where it is, and when you need it gone.
You can explain the work to the two local owners before booking. Send photos if you can, and tell us about anything that could affect the pickup—stairs, a narrow hallway, a heavy piece, or building access rules.
We’ll discuss what we can take and provide a free estimate. You approve the price for the agreed work before loading begins.

Clearing Space Looks Different for Everyone
Sometimes you’re replacing one piece of furniture. Sometimes you’re handing back apartment keys or sorting through rooms of belongings. A business may need unwanted contents removed before a new tenant takes over.
We help with pickups and cleanouts that include:

03Appliance removal — Approved appliances that are emptied and disconnected before pickup.

06Home and property cleanouts — Approved contents from rooms, garages, and other spaces.

We Handle the Carrying, Too
Getting an item out of the room can be the hardest part of getting rid of it. You can arrange pickup from inside your property or from the curb.
For an apartment, tell us the floor and whether there’s an elevator. For an office or storefront, share the loading instructions and any contractor requirements. If the property requires a certificate of insurance, we can provide a COI.
You identify what leaves and what stays. We carry and load the agreed items.

Acceptance depends on the material, size, weight, condition, and access. Photos help us assess items before you book.
Appliances must be disconnected from electricity, water, or gas before pickup. We do not disconnect utility lines or take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, or fuel.

Within Charlotte, contact us about pickups in Uptown, South End, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, SouthPark, Steele Creek, University City, and Ballantyne.
Every property has its own access arrangements. An Uptown apartment may require an elevator reservation; a South End business may have a separate loading entrance. Send us your street address or ZIP code, along with any building instructions, and we’ll confirm coverage and discuss the pickup.
